So here’s the deal when you buy achar online in Pakistan from Desi Achar Pickle, you deserve exactly what you ordered:
- Fresh, flavorful, and homemade-style pickle jars.
- Proper packaging with no leaks or damage.
- Smooth, safe online payment and delivery process.
- If something goes wrong, we’ll fix it. That’s our pickle refund policy, straight up.
When You Can Ask for a Refund or Replacement
We accept refunds or replacements if:

Your pickle jar arrives damaged, spoiled, or leaking.

You received the wrong flavor (like you ordered lemon achar but got mirch ka achar).

The order was not delivered within the promised time (and it’s our fault).
No fake drama, no long forms just send us proof (like a photo) within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.
How Refunds Work
If your refund is approved, we’ll process it within 3–5 working days after verification.
Refunds are sent through the same online payment method you used.
Sometimes, payment gateways take a bit longer, so hang tight if it doesn’t show up instantly.
We don’t do cash on delivery, so all refunds go back digitally. Easy and clean.
Our 50% Advance Payment Policy
To confirm your online pickle order, we take 50% advance the rest before delivery.
Why? Because every jar is made fresh, and we don’t want to waste a single mango or chili
If you cancel before production starts, we’ll refund that advance.
But if the batch is already being made or packed sorry, no refund (you know how achar prep works, right?).
A Few Things We Don’t Refund
Let’s keep it real we can’t offer refunds for:
Taste preferences (everyone’s spice level is different!)
Opened or used jars
Late delivery caused by courier delays (we wish we could control the weather )
